FAU Pine Jog Environmental Education Center prides itself on being the cornerstone of excellence in outdoor, experiential, hands-on exploration and research.
We offer programs, services, and resources to schools and the community at large.
Our School Programs offer students tools to apply experiential opportunities to traditional learning methods that enhances critical-thinking about sustainability and conservation initiatives.
A quality after school learning experience that serves to extend the environmental focus of the school day and help students to grow socially and academically. The four hour daily schedule includes homework help, healthy snack, outside recreation, extracurricular activities and hands-on environmental education lessons. The program implements a Pine Jog EE Center created afterschool environmental education curriculum known as "Eco Heroes".
Nine weeks of daily summer camp held at Pine Jog Elementary School. Each week offers environmental themes and activities including: field trips, nature studies, guest speakers, art, recreation, etc.
One week of daily spring camp held at Pine Jog Elementary School during Spring Break. The week offers environmental activities which include field trips, nature studies, guest speakers, art, recreation, etc.
You can now register your child for morning care. We have three attendance options to meet your needs.
